How do I make a purchase?

• Simply proceed to the Designs to Remember home page click on your choice of favors on the navigation menu. Every page will carefully instruct you on to your next step. Still need help? Call us live at 1-800-680-1512.

Payment Options:

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express via our secure server. We also accept bank cashiers checks and money orders if you wish not to use a charge card.

What is the currency used for all prices?

• All currency listed on Designs to Remember website is USD.

Do I pay state sales tax?

• All orders that are shipped to anywhere in the State of New York, are subject to the applicable sales tax rate. All other states are not subject to a sales tax.

Is there a way I can place my order online?

• Absolutely! It actually is the most convenient way to place an order. Simply select the shopping cart feature and follow instructions by entering your selections and billing and shipping information.

Can I reach you by phone?

• Of course. Please call Monday through Sunday, from 9 A.M – 5:00 P.M., PST. by calling Designs to Remember toll free number 1-800-680-1512.

Is payment on a website secure?

• Designs to Remember has done for it’s customers, what we would want done for us. Our website uses secure 128 bit encryption for all your personal information. Our security measures are state of the art, to give you peace of mind when purchasing an item.

What is the minimum quantity I must purchase?

•For most of our products you can order as little as one. Some products do require a minimum purchase. Minimum quantities will be listed on the product page.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my completed order?

• If you add your email address as part of your personal information, we will contact you, via email, once the order has been received, and then again when it is shipped.

What companies do you use for shipping?

• Designs to Remember uses UPS, Parcel Post or other available delivery services that will allow the quickest delivery of your purchase.
• UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes

How much are the shipping charges?

• All shipping rates are calculated by UPS standard shipping rates. When you are finished shopping, review your order and then click the check out button. Then make sure you fill out both your billing and shipping addresses. The total amount of your order, plus shipping and handling will be clearly displayed on the last page of your order.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

• Designs to Remember will process your order within 2 business days. Any personalized items will ship within one week.

Do you accept RUSH orders?

• Designs to Remember makes every effort to fulfill your rush order requests. Shipping up-charges may apply.

What if I have to cancel my order?

• Cancellations of product are allowed within 24 hours for a complete refund.
• Personalized orders cannot be cancelled or changed after production of your item has begun.

What if I want to return my order after receiving it?

• If you wish to return a product, you must notify us before doing so, and the items must be shipped in the container(s) in which they were shipped and in new condition. We do not pay return shipping.
• Returns may also be subject to restocking fees.
• All returns or exchanges, except for personalized items, must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Does Designs to Remember offer wholesale pricing?

• If you would like information regarding wholesale pricing, click on the wholesale menu button or email us with your questions. Please understand that Designs to Remember can only sell wholesale to those individuals who have a business tax resale certificate.

What is your Privacy Policy?

• Designs to Remember has the utmost concern for your privacy and the privacy of your personal information. Any information collected by us from your purchasing products is used solely for the purpose of facilitating your order. Also, your information will be used to contact you to confirm receipt of your order, when you order has been shipped and if there are any problems with your order. If you wish, our website has the ability for you to add your email address to our V.I.P. list, and we will contact you with upcoming specials and closeouts.
